Covering a wide range of topics from traditional bread-making techniques to modern presentation styles, the workshop provided both an educational and inspiring experience for our culinary teams. Throughout the sessions, participants focused on artisan bakery production, dough craftsmanship, fermentation techniques, product quality, and creative presentation methods through hands-on applications.
